1. Appointment Booking
Clients must book appointments in advance. Walk-ins may be accepted based on availability.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
3. Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled or shortened.
4. Service Guarantee
If a client is unsatisfied with their hairstyle, minor adjustments can be made within 48 hours at no extra cost.
5. Payment Policy
Payments must be made in full upon completion of the service. Online payments and cash are accepted.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued for cancellations made within the allowed timeframe. No refunds for completed services.
7. Health & Safety
Clients with scalp infections, lice, or other contagious conditions may be denied service.
8. Use of Hair Products
Clients must inform the stylist of any allergies or sensitivities to hair products before service begins.
9. Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. The service provider is not liable for lost items.
10. Pricing & Additional Charges
Prices are subject to change. Additional fees may apply for extra services, long hair, or special treatments.
11. Child Policy
Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. Unattended children are not allowed for safety reasons.
12. Confidentiality
Client information will be kept private and will not be shared without consent.
13. Code of Conduct
Respectful behavior is required from both clients and service providers. Disruptive behavior may result in service refusal.
14. Photography & Marketing
Before-and-after photos may be taken for marketing purposes with client consent.
15. Emergency Situations
