1. Project Scope Agreement
All project deliverables will be clearly defined and agreed upon before work begins. Any additions or changes may incur extra charges.
2. Payment Terms
A minimum of 50% upfront is required before the project starts. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before final delivery.
3. Revisions Policy
Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions beyond this will attract a fee depending on the complexity.
4. Timeline & Deadlines
Timelines will be agreed upon during the onboarding stage. Delays caused by late feedback, content delivery, or payments from the client may extend the project timeline.
5. Client Content Responsibility
Clients must provide all text, images, logos, and other content needed for the website. Stock images can be sourced at an additional fee.
6. Communication Channels
All communication will take place via Aidnest messages, WhatsApp, or email to ensure project documentation and tracking.
7. Confidentiality
All client information and data shared during the project will be kept confidential and will not be shared without consent.
8. Design Ownership
Once full payment is made, the client will have full ownership of the final design files and website.
9. Hosting and Domain Services
If not provided by the client, hosting and domain setup can be offered at an additional cost.
10. Maintenance & Support
Ongoing support and maintenance are not included unless a separate maintenance plan is purchased.
11. Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided once work has started. If the project is canceled by the client, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
12. Use of Portfolio
Unless otherwise agreed, the designer reserves the right to showcase the project in their Aidnest Africa portfolio or personal website.
13. Browser Compatibility
Websites will be optimized for the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Compatibility with outdated browsers may not be guaranteed.
14. Mobile Responsiveness
All websites are designed to be mobile responsive across common devices unless otherwise stated.
15. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Work completed up to that point must be compensated accordingly.
