- 3.4. Service providers are prohibited from charging hidden fees or misrepresenting their services.

4. Client Responsibilities
- 4.1. Clients are responsible for providing accurate details about the services they need.
- 4.2. Clients must ensure timely payment for services provided by service providers.
- 4.3. Clients agree to review and rate service providers based on their performance.
- 4.4. Misuse of the platform to harass or abuse service providers is strictly prohibited.
- 4.5. Clients should report any issues with services to HomeWell within 24 hours of occurrence.
5. Payments and Fees
- 5.1. Service providers set their own fees for services on the platform.
- 5.2. HomeWell does not handle transactions but connects clients and service providers.
- 5.3. Clients must agree on payment terms with service providers before work begins.
- 5.4. HomeWell is not responsible for payment disputes between clients and service providers.
- 5.5. Any taxes applicable to the services provided are the responsibility of the service provider.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- 6.1. Service providers must outline their cancellation policies to clients before providing services.
- 6.2. Clients may cancel services according to the terms provided by the service provider.
- 6.3. Refunds are handled by the service provider according to their terms of service.
- 6.4. HomeWell is not responsible for enforcing refund or cancellation policies.
- 6.5. Both clients and providers must handle disputes directly with each other.
7. Platform Use
- 7.1. Users agree not to use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- 7.2. HomeWell reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activities.
- 7.3. Users must not attempt to hack or alter the platform in any way.
- 7.4. Spamming or soliciting other users through the platform is prohibited.
- 7.5. HomeWell reserves the right to monitor user activity to ensure compliance with these terms.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
